Out of office, into the vineyard
At The Fifth Trust, we are seeking like-minded businesses to support us at our beautiful Elham Valley Vineyard in Kent, benefitting 170 adults with learning disabilities. The meaningful work you will undertake will benefit our students, their families, and our charity as a whole.
A typical volunteer day may look like this:
8:45-9:00: Arrive to the Elham Valley Vineyard Café for a briefing and a coffee. You will hear a bit about what we do at The Fifth Trust and the meaningful work you will be completing throughout the day.
9:00-12:00: Work with your team in our vineyard – pruning, clearing and tidying – whilst enjoying the fresh Elham Valley air.
12:00-13:00: Enjoy a complementary buffet lunch from the café.
13:00-15:00: Sort and bag logs in the barn ready for our log delivery service.
15:00-16:00: Enjoy a debrief with your team after a hard day’s work.
How does it work?
For a donation*, we will provide your team with unique volunteering opportunities at our vineyard. We can accommodate a variety of group sizes of volunteers from individuals to groups up to 15 per day.
You will not be restricted to one day and can choose instead to plot a series of dates throughout the year.
If you decide to volunteer with us, we can also offer you the opportunity to:
- Display your marketing materials at our popular seasonal events
- Get featured on our website and social media pages, reaching thousands of people
- Connect with a new audience and include your logo and a promotion in our newsletter
*Please get in touch for more details.
We have selected dates available throughout 2024. If you would like to discuss these opportunities further, please get in touch with our Fundraising Manager, Mick James. You can email him at [email protected]
