Well done to Luke, who has joined a group of students from The Fifth Trust to have successfully completed their John Muir Award!

The environmental award encourages awareness and responsibility for the natural environment through a structured yet adaptable scheme, in a spirit of fun, adventure and exploration. It is open to people of all backgrounds to connect with, enjoy and care for wild places.

One of Luke’s favourite memories was growing butterflies and releasing them into the local woodland.

Luke said: “I am really proud of myself and enjoyed doing this award.”
